PROPERTIES:
Pikal Metal Polish is a versatile liquid or paste polish primarily used for various metals and some plastics, known for its effectiveness in cleaning and polishing surfaces.
Directions for Use:
Test on an inconspicuous area first, especially on softer materials like copper, aluminum, or soft metal alloys, as some materials may scratch or discolor.
Apply the liquid polish using a lint-free cotton wipe or cloth, or directly to the surface. For paste versions, it can be applied with wipes or cotton swabs.
Gently rub the polish onto the surface to be cleaned and polished.
After polishing, clean residue with moist wipes and a final rinse with isopropanol/acetone.
Safety Tips:
Inhalation: Avoid inhaling vapors; may cause lung damage (chemical pneumonitis).
Ingestion: Do not ingest; may cause digestive tract irritation.
Skin Contact: May cause mild skin irritation; wear gloves if sensitive.
Eye Contact: Irritating to eyes; avoid contact and rinse thoroughly if exposure occurs.
Storage: Keep containers tightly shut and out of reach of children.
Caution: Avoid using polishing compounds containing aluminum oxide or silicon carbide on glass, as they can cause scratches.
